property will remain available.

A: No. When you sign the lease, we will require first month’s rent and a
security deposit equal to the monthly rental amount.

A: You can find an application to complete on our website.

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: Rent is paid online through your tenant portal that will be
created once your lease is signed and deposit and rent received.

Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Each property has their own pet policy.

Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: We require 30 days advance written notice per your lease agreement.

Q: Do you charge an application fee?
A: Yes, each applicant 18 years and older must complete an application.
A fee of $40 per applicant will be charged.
